Subject: The termination of Franklin Pierce swimming, the mis-representation, and consolation

Mr. Murdoch and Mr. Hennessey,

Today I have received an e-mail from Mr. Murdoch welcoming our family to Step Day this coming Friday, June 29th.  I have written to each of you regarding the mis-representation the Admissions office of Franklin Pierce.  I would like to meet with one or both of you at some point during that day.

I am attaching a pdf file documenting the mis-representation.  The first page is a snapshot of the NCSA message board.  The top message is from admissions@franklinpierce.edu.  You can also observe that there a other messages coming from the same e-mail address.  That is only the opening page.  If we  were to go through 18 months of pages there would be numerous messages from your address.

The second page is the message congratulation Fortune on becoming a Raven.  After the second page is the entire message converted into a pdf from its html format.  It is signed by Mr. Murdoch just as the message I received today.

I have consulted NCSA.  I understand how the mis-representation happened.  I understand that not Franklin Pierce nor NCSA nor I can change the situation.  All of us can understand that Franklin Pierce was at one point quite possibly the perfect college for Fortune.  We all understand that it is not perfect for her.

I am not working a hidden agenda.  Thus far Mr. Hennessey has not accepted the fact:  Franklin Pierce from February to May of 2018 misrepresented itself to us.  When you accept that fact both of you and Fortune have leverage.  She is a certified Lifeguard.  Assuming that Franklin Pierce is not going to fill in its aquatics center swimming pool, she could be given the option of employment (whether it is part of the work study she was awarded or otherwise).

I emphasize that she deserves the option.  Throughout her academic career studies have always been her priority (even over swimming).
