Fortune,

Summer has gone by very fast.  As the summer winds down and you head back to school I wanted to reach out and wish you good luck in your upcoming school year.  I know many high school swim seasons swim in the fall and I wanted to reach out before it gets too crazy and hectic.  If at any point you have questions or want to update me with how you are doing I would love to hear from you.
We have had a tremendous amount of visits this summer but if you have not had the opportunity we would love for you to visit the campus.  You may come at any time with family or friends.  If we come up with some dates I will set everything else up with the admissions office.  We can either do a day visit or an overnight visit.
Typically on both visits we offer you an opportunity to take a tour of the campus, meet with an admissions counselor, go to lunch with a few members of the team and then head over to the pool with the team.  Now is the best time to start planning these visits so that we have ample time to make your visit is unique and special to you. We do not have the budget to pay for the transportation to and from campus but we can have you stay on campus with a student athlete.  Please confirm the dates with me before you book your flight so that I may make sure we are able to give you a visit on those dates.  
As of August 1 the application is open and I encourage you to start applying.  You may apply at any time and due to our rolling admissions you will have your application reviewed shortly after your application is submitted. Upon your acceptance the admissions office will determine how much merit based scholarship money you will be receiving.  Once this is in the system I will be able to let you know what it is or you will receive it with your acceptance packet.
